The new version of Maddie's Advanced Learning is finally out, after 2.5 years! A lot of things have changed.

I would like to first apologize for not releasing an update in such a long time. The project has gone through a lot of development hell and core rewrites. I have also, for a very long time,  lost interest in developing the project. That is no longer the case.

There are way too many changes for me to write down here (and recall), so here's some of the key changes:

• Lots of bug fixes.
• Huge codebase rewrite (every script has been changed in one way or another).
  • This should eliminate (and create) a lot of bugs.
  • All objects and NPCs may now act slightly different!
• New character: Geacher!
  • He is the new gym teacher for Maddie's school.
  • A new gym has been built just for him!
    • There's currently a national gym equipment shortage in Maddie's Advanced Universe!, so you may have to wait a bit until you can start doing activities there.
  • He will wander around the school, and if he sees you, he will send you to the school gymnasium to exercise for around 20 seconds.
  • A future update will include an item that can be used against him.
• You can now explore the outside areas of the school (other than the cafeteria).
• The school is no longer on the ground, and now is flying in the clouds!
  • The school is now bankrupt because of this. The only way it sustains itself is by Principal committing tax fraud.
  • In a future update, the roads of the school exits will functional and be connected, which will provide another way to get around the school!
• Added a new ending.
  • Don't worry, you'll still get cake (maybe)!
  • This should (hopefully) be the final form.
  • In a future update, this ending will finally make sense with the main plot (unlike an abrupt teleport to the ending)!
• Added a hint on how to launch Doors 95 successfully without errors.
• All of the events have been overhauled.
  • There's also a new one--a fire event! Walk around the school while being covered in flames!
  • The flood event will soon have some sort of effect on the player, as currently it is completely useless.
• The school has been drastically changed, with new furniture, rooms, and more!
  • A teacher's lounge has been added--useful things will be added to it soon!
• Now, you have to collect even more scraps--12!
• MIDI support has been added, which now replaces pre-recorded MIDI music!
  • So far, only the School Pad uses it during a quiz, but there will be more to come!
• To exit the game, now you have to enter "SHUTDOWN" into the GZ-DOS console that you can get escorted to in the main menu.
• And WAYYYY more stuff!

I really hope you enjoy this new update as much as I do. I spent very hard working on it, and am very satisfied with the results!
